Assalamualaikum brothers...

Wishing u all a very Happy Ramadhan Al-Mubarak..i know all of you are very happy when Ramadhan month come, as what Rasul said that those with iman are very happy when Ramadhan come and they're very sad when Ramadhan goes. Hope we can fulfill much of our time with ibadah, although a nap could also gain pahala, InsyaAllah...

Besides our normal Ramadhan routine, we would also like to strengthen our brotherhood relationship, so that we are ready as a group of Muslims brothers that care for each others, whether in good time, or in bad time. To cherish our brotherhood and strenghthen our silaturahim in this Ramadhan month, we are TRYING to arrange an IFTAR PROGRAM or MAJLIS BERBUKA PUASA FOR SDARIAN84.

In our last meeting on Tuesday, (plse see minutes by Jais), our brother Akai agreed to host his place for the occasion. The occasion would be on 23rd October 2004, which is this Saturday. I do hope many of us, especially in Lembah Kelang would join and confirm before hand, so that proper arrangement can be made by Akai for the Majlis.

So the brief agenda would be :

Venue : Akai's Palace (However, solid confirmation yet to be announced by Akai)

Date : 23rd October 2004 (Saturday)

Theme : 6.20pm - Yassin or Tahlil for Akai's mother plus our brothers that passed away.

7.00pm - Berbuka and Maghrib

8.16pm- Isya and Tarawikh

9.00 pm - Moreh (if ada lagi lah foods) & small meeting (if time permits)

9.30 pm - Insyaallah, bersurai..

Cost : To be discussed openly here. Akai yet to advice the cost of khemah and pinggan mangkuk. We propose to order only

nasi putih, one lauk, and drinks. Other foods falls under POT-LUCK concept. Cost : Contribution or sedekah?However,

confirmation of how many would turn up is very important!!Plse do so before Tuesday.

Concept: Pot-Luck (Pot Luck means that, each of us, i mean by family, will bring their own "lauks" and "kuihs", then we will distribute

and shares among ourselves. If each of us bring one item or two, InsyaAllah, we will have varieties of foods and kuihs. And hopefully, with our contributions would be given a reward by Allah s.w.t.

If everything materialise, hope AJKs excos and volunteers could help Akai to make the occassion a success.
