1. Date and time confirmed

As planned, the date would be from 31st August 01 from 3pm till late at night. The next day on 1st September 01 from 8 am till noon.

2. Finance

Total payment for registration per sdarian (84) RM100. Of which RM50 for registration per se and RM50 for 2 t-shirts (1 round neck, 1 with collar). The number of t-shirts to be prepared will be finalised by 17/8/01. RM100 to be set aside for souvenirs (hadiah main bola, volley ball, basket ball etc).

Hanif is the group treasurer and he will announce the account number where all the registration money is to be deposited. For those who can, please make the payment now since we need some seed money to organise this. If not in full, at least RM50 for the t-shirts. Matt will try to get sponsorship to support the cost.

Refreshments on the 1st day (Pavilion) & Dinner 1st day to be organised by Hisham Sheikh Osman.

Band equipment to be rented for the show at basketball court at night of 31st August 01.

3. Itinerary

31st August 2001
3-4pm Registration - all fees to be paid in full. Get together at pavilion area. Refreshments available here.
4.24pm Asar
5-6pm Basketball
6-7pm Soccer
7.17pm Maghrib
8.27pm Isha'
9pm Dinner - speech - pengetua, wakil sdara 84, wakil sdar 2001, showtime, dinner. Place basketball court belakang dewan.

1st September 2001
8am Gather at the pavilion
9-10am Rugby
10.15-11.30am Volleyball
12 noon till 1pm Lunch at dining hall with presentation of souvenirs & donation to sdar.
